Changes from Beta9 to Beta10

• Updated the way sections are defined in the assembly code to match the new method Microchip has implemented.
• Added the following functions: cos, cosh, acos, sin, sinh, asin, tan, tanh, atan, abs, exp, log, log10, int, float
• Floating point (Single) comparison code implemented.
• Implemented some minor optimization, and code cleanup.
• Added support for most of the 32 bit floating point functions in Microchip's libm.a library see here.
• Added the assembly commands clrwdt and nop
• Negative Real literals such as -10.0 were be converter wrong.
• Fixed a problem with some literal Boolean comparisons
• Using a global Long or uLong in a for next statement could sometimes produce invalid assembly code
• Unsigned code was produced when signed variable were being compared in some instances.
• Fixed a problem with literal string literal translation
• Fixed a problem passing strings as register parameters

Changes from Beta8 to Beta9

• Added addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for "Single" type variables.
• Duplicate procedure names will now generate a compiler error

Changes from Beta7 to Beta8

• Added MOD operator.
• Added the ability to calculate the negative value of a 32 bit variable. IE: x = -x   where x is a Long type variable
• Corrected the program used to convert the assembly language include files into Basic.
• Fixed a bug preventing some local variables from having the same name as a global variable.
• Added error checking for 16bit literal comparison operations.

Changes from Beta4 to Beta7

• Bit modifiers are now working IE:   TRISB.3 = 1  (for bits 0 through 15).
• Added the following preprocessor commands:  #define, #undefine, #ifdef, #ifndef, #else, #endif
• The file "timers.bas" included in the libs directory to interface the the peripheral library available from the Microchip website.
• RegParams implemented.  See documentation for the Sub statement
• The name of a procedure defined as External RegParams will have it's name preserved with the exact case entered in the source instead of being converted to upper case as normal.
• Added -=  *=  /=  >>=  <<=
• Added error checking code to prevent reuse of variable, procedure, and constant names
• Updated the documentation
• Minor user interface changes
• Reduced the amount of code addition and subtraction produces
• Extension of source files changed from .b30 to .bas
• Fixed an occasional problem in division
• Stack frame size calculated wrong for local Strings and Arrays
• Addition or subtraction of a small literal value could produce assembly code missing a , IE add W8#1,W8

Changes from Beta3 to Beta4

• Unused procedures are no longer included in assembly output
• Fixed a bug comparing a variable to a literal value that would show up in for/next loops
• For Next loops will now work with a negative step count.
• Case Else statements can now be followed by a ":" and more statements.  For example:
  Case Else : total +=1
• Fixed a problem where local variable pointers (arrays and strings) were not being initialized.
• Function calls were sometimes passing the wrong parameters.
• Comments will no longer cause a problem at the end of an If Then or Case statement (they are now striped off by the preprocessor)
• Constants will now work in the Case statement (and probably other places I had not yet noticed)
• Improved error handeling.
• Several small user interface improvements.

Changes from Beta2 to Beta3

• Added constants IE: Const x = 22
• Hex literals with a prefix of 0x are now supported
• Added interrupt procedures
• String variable type implemented
• var = -var now works (not for Long or uLong)
• AddressOf now works
• Character literals now work IE: "x"
• Fixed a bug accessing and allocating local array variables
• Arrays can now be passed to procedures as follows:
  test(AddressOf arrayVariable)
  Sub test(x() as uInteger)
• Various documentation additions

• Fixed a problem parsing an if statement like the following
  If x=10 Then y=3: z=22
• A user defined label would generate two ":" characters instead of one
• Fixed a bug comparing a Byte variable type to a negative literal value
• Fixed a bug in reversing the operands in subtraction and division
• Corrected an invalid opcode subrb  it should have been subbr
• Fixed a problem in most mathematical operations where the variable types would not expand when needed
• Fixed a problem with Hex literals
• Fixed a bunch of problems with the bitwise Or operation.

• Compiler producing the incorrect opcode set instead of setm in sign extension code.
